Responsibilities:
The Assessor is responsible for maintaining the tax roll for the Town of Vienna. Through periodic updates of valuation and inventory data, the Assessor attempts to balance the real property tax burden on Town of Vienna residents, assuring fair distribution of the burden.
Programs/Activities:
STAR Applications and other exemption forms are available through the NYS Office of Real Property Services (Link Below).
Hours of Operation:

Assessor - Monday thru Friday from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm

The assessor is required to do field work and is sometimes out of the office during these posted hours.  The assessor recommends calling to make an appointment to discuss any issues you may have.  Walk-ins are welcomed.
